Who I am
I am a portrait photographer drawn to the quiet complexity of people. Trained as a development economist and documentary storyteller, I’ve spent my career observing how systems shape lives — and how individuals quietly resist, adapt, and redefine them. That sensitivity informs the way I photograph.
My portraits are not about poses or perfection. They are about presence. I look for the subtle gestures, the pauses between words, the way someone inhabits a room. Whether in a studio, at home, or out in the world, I work patiently and collaboratively, creating space for authenticity to surface.
The result is work that feels intimate, honest, and grounded — images that do not try too hard, but endure.
